Spend $3,000 on a Hackintosh or $5k for an iMax pro?

I have a $5000 budget for a computer for video editing as my primary job/use for the computer.

I am sucked into the Mac ecosystem but am not sure I want to spend my entire budget on the iMac Pro.

Would it be wiser to pull the trigger on the pro or take $3k and build a monster Hackintosh?

Note: I already have dual 4K monitors.
