[Question] Can I still by a PCI WiFi’s care of my motherboard has no Bluetooth?

I was going to get this pcie card on eBay, but it says that I need a Bluetooth connection on my Mobo. I currently have the Aorus Gaming 3 Z370. Does anyone know if this will still work? I’m new to Hackintosh so any help would very very appreciated. Thanks.
