Can I install Hackintosh but with only a Wifi USB Stick?

I just finished building my Hackintoshable PC and I just finished creating a live bootable Hackintosh flash drive.

I don't have an Wifi Card.

I was actually just planning on using a Wifi Stick. Motherboard is Asus Strix B360-G Gaming

Can I install Hackintosh without plugging in ethernet, but using the Wifi USB Stick?
