Noobie question

First of all, hi to all members of this great sub, it's always nice to see how everyone is always helping each other and that's how the geek community should always be!

So, for the last year I was using a Hackintosh I made using the tonymacx86 guides and it was running ok for the better part. The issues started when I upgraded from Sierra to High Sierra and started messing around with AFS and some other things I wouldn't even know heh.

But a few days ago wandering through this sub I decided I would do a clean install of High Sierra (I just couldn't wait for Mojave Nvidia Drivers to be available tbh) and I decided to follow this guide:

https://hackintosh.gitbook.io/-r-hackintosh-vanilla-desktop-guide/building-the-usb-installer

So, I followed the guide with relative success but it only goes up to the installation of macOS itself (not the post)

So my doubt is: what should I do after I get into the OS succesfully? Should I copy the kexts + config.plist I made for the USB drive to the EFI of the boot drive? I decided not to go with Multibeast as my first option because of some comments I read saying it just bloats and generally craps the OS.

Thank you all in advance!
