I really messed up upgrading to 10.14.1 from 10.14

TLDR; upgraded to 10.14.1, which disabled my USB, now I am locked out of the computer. (I can't use keyboard, or mouse, to load Bios to switch boot order or change Clover boot options.) Looking for an alternative to disconnecting boot drive and performing clean install on secondary drive.

I really messed up. I upgraded to 10.14.1 via ota update and I am now locked out of my computer. I am using a Gigabyte h370n mobo, and it has all USB 3.0 ports (6 in all). I didn't know that I had to patch my SSDT for USBinjectall kext, as such USB no longer works even during boot, so I can't access the bios to change boot order (pressing and holding delete key doesn't work; I can't move between icons on the clover boot screen).

I have two internal drives (one boot and an empty one that is formatted in afps.) My in initial thought was to open up my case and disconnect the boot drive, then do a clean install on the blank drive. Given that my case is small and difficult to neatly organize the cables, I hope there is an alternative that somebody can guide me to.
