First Hackintosh Build / Compatibility

Hi all!

I have MBP already, I wanted to upgrade for latest model... but after weeks of considerations, I decided to go the Hackintosh way. As it's my first build I would like to ask if that build will be fine considering compatibility?

I will mostly be using this computer for web design work (2D, some personal video editing sometimes). So... Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Couple of questions:
1) Should I choose a motherboard with built-in WLAN module and swap for BZM94352Z or without and choose PCIe card?
2) Any of these three listed motherboards will be fine? I'm going to do OC for let's say 4.8 GHz (from these three Asrock ones have better VRM's). I want to avoid complications and have it as best as possible out of the box.
3) Maybe you recommend another motherboard. If so, which should I choose due to maximum compatibility just out of the box? I don't want to spend days tweaking things if I can avoid that choosing the right motherboard.
