Could I please get help troubleshooting with my RX580?

Could someone please help me troubleshoot what I'm doing wrong?

I had a working Hackintosh using an old Quadra FX 4600 in my Dell T3500. It wouldn't work correctly on Mojave, so I decided to upgrade to an MSI RX580.

However, now I can't even get the Mojave (or HS) installer to run. I just get a black screen when the loading is complete. Verbose mode doesn't really give me anything because there is no KP or anything, and it just goes straight to the black screen at the point where (I assume) the graphics driver is loaded.

• Xeon processor (I believe the W3550)
• Dual monitors
• MSI RX580

I've tried DeInitRadeon, I've tried lilo and whatevergreen kexts. I've tried various SMBIOS settings (MacPro 6,1; iMac 14.2, 18.3) but nothing works.

Interestingly enough, my old CC backup of HS kind of loads, but only one monitor displays. I could work on getting that installation running, but I'd rather nuke it and start over.
