Use This Trick to Check If Apple Has Shipped Your iPhone XS Pre-Order!

The initial batch of iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max orders have begun shipping out of China. Apple is primarily using UPS to deliver packages.

While most customers have yet to receive now shipping emails from Apple or have their order status changed to "shipped," users who pre-ordered with Apple can use a trick to find their UPS tracking number. Please remember that this trick only works for orders from Apple.com!

Simply fill out the Track by Reference form on UPS.com, and use the phone number associated with your order as the reference number. If that phone number does not work, keep trying any phone number that could be associated with your wireless account or the number you used to upgrade. Sometimes it could be the phone number attached your Apple ID, or your billing address phone number. We used our 10 digit phone number with no spaces and no hyphens or brackets.
