This is kind of a workaround for playing back 4k Youtube content on a hackintosh if you want to stick to using the native Safari browser.
1) Download and install nativefier from the link https://github.com/jiahaog/nativefier
2) Run with sudo "nativefier https://www.youtube.com -n Youtube"
3) Launch the app and click on the upload icon to sign in (clicking sign in does not work)
4) Find a 4k YouTube video set it to 4k and profit.
