Intel HD4000 + Dedicated Graphics together

Dear Hackintoshers,

I searched the whole internet for this, but I didn't find any answers. On my main machine I have successfully installed macOS 10.12.5 which works great. Not too long ago I bought an RX550 which I tought would be supported, but its not. So now I use Windows on my main machine for games and stuff and macOS for anything else. When I turn on the PC with the RX550 in it, macOS successfully boots but without acceleration. If I turn on the IGFX of the motherboard, macOS gets a kernel panic. If I get the graphics card out, boot up macOS, it works totally fine with acceleration and metal support. So now when I'm gaming, my graphics card is in the PC, and when I want to use my Mac, I just get it out. This became more and more uncomfortable for me overtime.

TL;DR: Want to find a way to use both my IGFX ( HD4000 ) and RX550 ( Dedicated card ) on macOS.

My specs:

MOBO: Gigabyte B75M-D3V

CPU: i7 3770 + 16GB RAM ( 2 Sticks )

RX550 2GB ( 1002:699F - not supported by macOS )
