Sleep/Wake issues - 10.13.4

Hey guys, a couple weeks ago I got just about everything working on my new high sierra 10.13.4 hackintosh except for sleeping. I used one of the guides over at hackintosher.com .

What happens when I try to put it to sleep is both my monitors turn off, I hear the fans stop and see the power light on my tower turn off, then a few seconds later the fans spin up again, the light comes back on, and one of my monitors turns on, but doesn't show anything – just a black screen. If I hit a key on the keyboard or move the mouse, then the screens both wake up and behave normally. This isn't the biggest issue, I can just turn the screens off manually when I put it to sleep.

What has started to bother me is that sometimes, if I "put it to sleep" and go do something, when I come back I find the computer at the clover boot screen. Also, sometimes when I try to wake it up from its not-so-silent sleep, it will instead just restart instead of waking up.

I'm looking for any help I can get here. I'll list all my build info and relevant info below.
