"MacOS is already installed on this Mac"

Hi guys, looking for some help I'm attempting my first shot at Hackintosh. I am following this tutorial by Noobsplanet on Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_KYlM4DVqM

I have the same laptop with the same specs, but following the tutorial exactly as it is did not work. When choosing to boot to MacOS Sierra installer after changing the same settings in the Clover config in the video, I first got a "no entry" sign. I did some research and found that adding the "-no_compat_check" boot flag would allow me to proceed. Adding the flag did allow me to proceed to the MacOS installer.

The Apple boot logo showed, showed a loading progress bar and the installer opened. I chose English and the message said "MacOS could not be installed on your computer" and below that it said "MacOS is already installed on this Mac". I am installing Sierra on a completely wiped hard drive. I used Disk Utility where only my flash drive (installer) and the HDD showed up, this is correct. I then wiped the HDD using "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)", using GUID partition table. This did not work, it still told me MacOS is already installed no matter how many times I wiped the HDD. I also tried using Apple Partition Map and Master Boot Record to wipe the HDD. Neither of these worked. My flash drive is also showing up as an internal device, not external. Could this be the issue? How can I make the flash drive detect as an external device?

I am completely stuck at this point, I cannot think of any way to proceed to installing Sierra. My specs are as follows: (same as video tutorial)

Dell Inspiron 5559 Intel Core i7-6500u @ 2.50GHz Intel HD Graphics 620 + AMD Radeon R5 M335 15.6" @ 1366x768, non-touchscreen 8 GB RAM Attempting to install on 320GB Western Digital Blue HDD Using 16 GB SanDisk Cruzer Blade flash drive to install Mac from.

Any advice and tips would be great. A tutorial on what to do from here would be great, I am extremely new to Hackintoshing

Thanks so much, Michael
