Is it possible to install MacOS HIgh Siera in this Laptop : HP nx7400 with Intel core 2 duo and ddr2 Ram?

with Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 + 4gb of ddr2 Ram[ but usable only 3GB due to hardware limitation] +an 120GB ssd(Read/Write speed is around 140MB)?

Can you recommend some good/trusted sites/forums that have MacOS clean Isos and tutorials?
