High Sierra on i7-2700k?

I have an old machine laying around that I thought about making into a Hackintosh but I'm wondering if it'll be any good? - i7-2700k - MSI Z77A-G45 - 32GB DDR3-1866

I also don't have a graphics card for it at the moment but I was thinking of picking up something cheap. Would anyone have any suggestions of a decent card or should I just stick with the on-board Intel HD graphics? Any suggestions are more than welcome! :)
