My Windows laptop is dying and I'm looking to get some sort of mobile Hackintosh running to dual boot both OS. I want 120Hz and a decently powerful GPU, so buying a MacBook off the shelf isn't an option.
Is there a way to run MacOS exclusively on a dedicated NVidia GPU? I'm not interested in G-Sync, so if there is a way to disable the integrated graphics and run everything off the dGPU (and ignore Optimus) I'd be over the moon.
Also, has anyone had any success with the 8750H or equivalent yet?
