Can I get my Asus PCE-N15 wireless card to work?

I just installed macOS 10.13.4 on to my computer (specs below). Is there a way to use the wifi and if so, what is the solution?

Specs:

• CPU: Intel Core i5-4590
• Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33
• GPU: EVGA GTX 960 SSC
• Wireless card: ASUS PCE-N15
