Apple is presumably launching its new upgradable Mac Pro next year. To my understanding it is going to support PC parts we already use and will not be using any proprietary parts. In respect to the news about Apple dropping Intel chips
does that mean that the Mac Pro will be obsolete within 5-6 years after its release?
