Anyone else having issues with High Sierra graphics being blurry/pixelated?

I'm not sure why my machine has been this way since I've updated to High Sierra. I'm on the latest build with no change, running 10.13.4 on Intel HD 4600 internal graphics.

Anything I can do to try and fix this? It's super annoying. Graphics are not super blurry or degraded but just a tad blurry and just a tad pixelated enough to be noticeable and annoying whenever I'm using my machine.
