PSA: You may have to toggle your Nvidia drivers off then on again after upgrading to 10.13.4

I've noticed this come up in a few threads so I thought I'd make a post.

Background: I was on 10.13.3 and my nVidia drivers (version ending in 106) were working fine using the nvidia update script.

The Problem: I upgraded to 10.13.4, patched my nvidia drivers using the nvidia update script, rebooted, but could clearly tell that MacOS was still using the system graphics driver. However the nVidia control panel showed the nVidia web driver as selected.

The Fix: I used the control panel to select the system graphics driver, rebooted, then selected the nVidia web driver and rebooted again and everything works perfectly.

Hopefully this helps some folks who are running into the same issue.
