Update to 10.13.3 with AppleAHCIPort.Kext V328

Hi, Yesterday I tried to update my machine from 10.13.2 to 10.13.3 over the appstore and the downloadable installer from apple. Both just show the loading bar for a few seconds and reboot back to 10.13.2.

I had to install the AppleAHCIPort.Kext V328 to make my SSD available in the installer. Do I need to patch the update or run it in a differten way? I don't like the idea of reinstalling my whole system every time an update shows up.
