I want to finally learn Swift better, what can I install on my notebook?

Hello, I'm not gonna write a novel here; here are my specs.

It's Acer Aspire V3-551G, AMD A8-4500M with Radeon 7670M graphics and 8GB of Ram. Is it worth touching it? I just want the Xcode, nothing else.
