[HELP] Can't perform Kext Scan, wont boot Sierra installer HP Spectre Kaby Lake

I am trying to install 12.2.4 on my HP Spectre x360, but I keep getting a Can't Perform Kext Scan error.

Specs: HP Spectre X360 (early 2017) running Windows 10 (UEFI) Kaby Lake i7-7500U @2.7ghz Memory: Dual channel, 8GB ddr3 Intel HD Graphics 620
