[HELP] After installing a security update that became available my Sierra hackintosh it wont boot.

My configuration is:

MacOS Sierra Motherboard: GA-H170N-WIFI CPU: Core i7-6700k Integrated graphics hd530 

I'm not sure how to go on from here as the error is quite vague? error

I have tried:

1. Making some random modifications to the config file suggested to similar errors in this subreddit.
2. Booting in safe mode
3. Unplugging all USBs when booting

I'm not sure if because it updated and didn't finish installing the update it completely fucked itself?

Any help would be appreciated.
