First Hackintosh Help

I am planning a hack in the near future and I've horribly confused myself doing research on how to get a working hack. I have some questions, but have confused myself googling for answers, so I hope a direct answer will help. My system will be as follows:

GA H270N Wifi Motherboard i3 7100 CPU + iGPU Samsung 960 EVO nvme SSD/ Boot drive Kingston HyperX 8GB DDR4 RAM BCM94360CS2 Airport Card for Wifi and Bluetooth with a BCM94360CS2 to M.2 Key A/E adapter Streacom F1C WS Case

  1. Is there a quintessential first time hackintosh guide I should be aware of? I've been bouncing between the Vanilla guide here, tonymacx86 and hackintosher.com (which is why I think I got confused)

  2. What tools will I need? I have downloaded Clover Configurator and puddled around in that. How does Unibeast and Multibeast factor into the install? From what I've read, they help make a bootable USB and install kexts after installing osx. Are they recommended (at least for a first time hack)

  3. What kexts do I absolutely need? I understand I may need more once I find out what does and doesnt work after installing osx. So far I have: AppleALC FakeSMC IntelGraphicsFixup IntelMausiEthernet Lilu Shiki USBInjectAll XHCI-200-series-injector plus apfs.efi

  4. When I open the config.plist generated through "Ramblings of a Hackintosher - A (Sorta) Brief Vanilla Install Guide", my config.plist is quite different to what he has DSDT Patches, SSDT Drop Tables, Boot Args, etc... and all I have in mine is a SMBIOS and Rtvariables key. Do I just add them in? It's not clear. How do I know which fixes I need? Google my motherboard and see what other people have to say?

  5. What utility is best for creating the bootable USB? The Vanilla guide, tonymacx86 and hackintosher all have different methods.

An answer to any of these questions would be greatly appreciated!
