Could I turn a new MacBook into a System 7 classic Mac, and how would I do it?

I know, it's kind of the opposite of this forum, and maybe belong more in vintage Mac forums, but they aren't really into 'new' computers.

I wonder if I could use one of those goat-emulators that can run a classic OS inside a virtual image. I wonder if it's possible to make it the boot system, or that it launches instantly so it basically feels like a classic Mac.

I know this is silly, but I would love to have a regular Mac back, but with current design.
