Cannot get USB Audio working at all!

I have a headset that's hooked up by USB and the audio is extremely terrible, cuts out every second and a half.

I've tried almost anything, for a while I was trying different HD audio kexts but slowly begun to realise USB Audio has nothing to do with such.

Any help is appreciated, it's the finishing touch to having a working Ryzen Hackintosh for me :S
