Building my first PC to be Hackintosh compatible

So basically, I want to build my first PC ever, and of course also my first Hackintosh ever. I need this PC for graphics intensive work with Game Engines like Unity and for programming and running Emulators, like with Android Studio, and some light 1080p gaming as well, thats why I want to dual boot macOS and Windows. I'm completely new to this all and I hope to get some suggestions:

  • Is this build compatible with macOS, and how much tinkering will be neccessary to get it to work?
  • Does this build make sense for my use case? Are there any suggestions on what to do better?
