Wife is a pro photographer - Can I build a hackintosh that's reliable for every day usage?

She needs it to work, and she's going to call me if it stops. Her MacMini is too slow and a MacPro is too expensive. My other option is to buy a used MacPro (not the black tube) and upgrade it nicely.

her Usage is photoshop and Bridge - no video so no worries on superfast graphics cards.
