WhatsApp Messenger has been updated with support for Apple CarPlay, reports iPhone-Ticker. After updating to version 2.18.20, the WhatsApp icon will appear on your CarPlay device. Strangely the release notes do not mention the new feature.CarPlay integration lets users receive text messages while driving and listen to them with help from Siri. You can also dictate and send messages to your WhatsApp contacts.
WhatsApp Messenger is available as a free download from the App Store.
