Want to build a hackintosh or dual boot windows os X

Hey, I'm new to the hackintosh scene so sorry if I sound dumb. Ok now onto my question;

If I dual boot windows and os X (on a pc) will I have access to bios? And how will I be able to revert my dual boot and go back to windows?

Is dual booting worth it?

Is a hackintosh worth it?
