I have the Sapphire nitro r9 390 gfx card and I have followed numerous AMD posts discussing working and nonworking issues involving this card. Others have published success and I followed their working example in Clover Configurator and still have not found success in getting full gfx acceleration.
This thread below was helpful but in OS X it still states 7mb. It has the correct name but still weird gfx flickering and botched screen resolution. Install works but just the gfx card is not being recognized. Currently, I have the Radeon buffer name, Port 04, Inject ATI and the ID change to 0x67B01002.
In this post, the users doesn't say what other kext he placed in the Other folder. https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/7kms1p/success_amd_r9_390_sapphire_trix_high_sierra/
In this post, OP states success but adds there is slowness. https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/7jufg7/question_high_sierra_amd_r9_390_only_7mb/
In this posts, it states the card works under El Capitan. Currently, trying this now.

I read the tonymac AMD guide with RadeonIntit but still no QE/CI.
Can anyone figure out what I doing wrong relating to finding the right framebuffer?
