Install help- creating config.plist for 300 series coffee lake build

Warning! I'm a total noob please bare with me.

Specs: i5 8400 Z370 HD3P No GPU

I'm in the process of building first hackintosh. I'm following along the vanilla install guide in the sidebar. I've created the USB installer with terminal. Then installed clover to the USB. Then setup my kexts. Then began the config.plist creation in Clover Configurator and when we got to the part where the guide says to do some self editing of the config.plist - this is where I am now lost.

The guide is a bit old and doesn't include Coffee Lake specific instructions. I also don't know if the config.plist is specific to CPU/Motherboard/both, just motherboard series (i.e. Intel 300 series boards) etc. I've got no clue there. I just know that it has to be specific to each system's hardware in some particular way.

TLDR: Can anyone provide advice on how to further edit my config.plist for a system with the above specs? I'm totally lost here and would appreciate anyone willing to assist.
