Can't boot without usb

So I followed the guide from tonymacx86 for laptops and I still can't boot without usb My version of os: macOS Sierra

My config:

Asus x550cl

I5 3337u

Intel HD 4000

Nvidia Geforce GT 710M

500 GB HDD

Atheros ar9485 for wi fi ( I don't know how to make it work)

Realtek ALC 270 for sound( I can t make it work)
