Advice on a build capable of editing 8k footage?

I'm working on pricing out a hackintosh for my small video production agency. We shoot primarily in 5k (RED), sometimes in 8k, and do a good bit of motion graphics work. Primarily we use Final Cut Pro, sometimes Premier, and Blender.

Most of the build guides online seem to be for mid-range systems, but I'm trying to find the best bang for my buck. My budget is about $2000, though seeing the spiking GPU prices (thanks crypto miners), there could be some wiggle room?
