Would software like FCP works better in hackintosh than normal macbook if the hardware is better?

I was planning to get a macbook pro (13 inch model) 2 months ago. However, the price is just too much for me so instead, im planning to build a ryzen rig for Hackintosh (hardware from pcpartpicker). I just want to know if software like FCP will work better in the Hackintosh that im planning to build (8-core vs 4 core in normal MB pro) or not?
