Weird Color Problem

Hi,

I got my Hackintosh working in September of this year, and have had a plethora of issues, but the one I want to talk about today is a color issue. When I see people using Macs, or videos of people using Macs, depending on the background, the UI elements have a dark theme to them. When I use the same background, there's only the default white theme. I have all of my graphics drivers installed, so I don't see why this doesn't work.

What can I do about this?
