Very Slow Performance in AE

Hi, looking for some help with my current Sierra build. I’m experiencing extremely high cpu usage and After Effects performance is very slow.

Specs of the PC:

CPU: i7 7700k RAM: 32GB DDR4 2400mHz Motherboard: Gigabyte Gaming 3 GPU: Asus Strix 1080 8GB

Everything on the hackintosh works fine, never had any issues until now. I’m seeing approximately 300% CPU usage which is obviously the source of the problem.
