When macOS High Sierra was first released I immediately updated my clover boot-loader and installed it on my Hackintosh. Although the upgrade was successful and all my kext were still working correctly my computer did not get upgraded to APFS. At first I didn't really mind because my MacBook Pro was upgraded to the new file system and I would occasionally experience slowdowns doing simple things like emptying the trash. But now I feel APFS has had sometime to mature. So I planned on upgrading my Hackintosh to APFS today. Except the option was graded out in Disk Utility. I also tried upgrading via the terminal but an error was returned. I checked clover to make sure I installed apfs.efi and sure enough it was their. I cheack Disk Utility and found macOS was seeing my kingston SSD as a hard drive (This is the drive: https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-Digital-120GB-SA400S37-120G/dp/B01N6JQS8C/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1514255012&sr=8-4&keywords=120+ssd). Here is a screen shot of Disk Utility: (https://i.imgur.com/ijk2FRA.jpg). Any ideas? Thanks the help.
