I’m building a hackintosh and I’m almost ready to install the OS X on it. The only issue is I do music production so I use pro tools and currently pro tool isn’t compatible with High Sierra yet. I’m running Sierra 10.12 on my MacBook Pro, when I go into my App Store purchases I can’t redownload Sierra 10.12, apparently I can only download El Capitan.. for any pro tools users, is it worth downgrading back to El Capitan and wait for avid to make pro tools compatible with High Sierra ? Or should I just bit the bullet and install High Sierra and if it gives me too much issues just use my MacBook for the time being? Anyone have any experience with pro tools on High Sierra? What’s the best option. Thanks!
