Scrollwheel is lagging

Dear reddit users,

I’ve installed MacOS on my pc and I use a “normal” PC mouse, with scrollwheel. I notice some stuttering when scrolling slow in for example Safari. When scrolling faster, it’s not a problem.

Is there anything to fix this?
