[QUESTION] Can I install OSX on a Intel Celeron laptop?

Already have an Acer i3(laptop) running Sierra 10.12 and its beautiful but I want to make another Hackintosh with this Lenovo 'cause its smaller than Acer and I can take it with me to everywhere. Thanks.
