Question about Time Machine

I am going to retry my High Sierra Hackintosh install, follow the Vanilla method this time, but before doing so I wanted to ask about Time Machine. My current High Sierra installation was using the Multibeast + Unibeast method, and I am now worried that since Time Machine already created a backup, it had to have backed up the things Multibeast and Unibeast performed, correct? For instance, when I installed High Sierra, Time Machine was able to restore old themes I had running on El Capitan's clover boot screen. Is there any way I can perhaps go in and clean up the MultiBeast+UniBeast stuff from my Time Machine restore to truly make it a "vanilla" restore? Or perhaps another method to currently backup my existing data before I start the entire fresh install?

One final question: Would the "fresh install" listed on hackintosher.com suffice for a "vanilla" install?
