New High Sierra install, issues with Sleep+Shut Down

For my desktop Hackintosh (system specs listed in signature), I am experiencing an issue where once I put my machine to sleep or even opt to shut it down I get the message "You shut down your computer because of a problem". This problem only started once I did a clean install of High Sierra using Unibeast + Multibeast. I never experienced issues with sleep nor shut down with Mavericks, Yosemite, and El Capitan.

I tried the "FixShutdown" and darkwake=0 via Clover configurator, but that, unfortunately, didn't help.

One thing that I should mention that I am doing differently is in my previous Hackintoshes is having three of my monitors running directly from my GPU. In the past, I had used one monitor plugged into the internal GPU, and two plugged into the dedicated GPU. I am not entirely sure if this matters, but figured it is worth sharing. I also ended up disabling the internal GPU as it originally was causing issues for me when I originally was going through the High Sierra installation process, disabling it via BIOS fixed my installation problems (screen was rainbowish colors, constantly flickering).

Attached my clover folder, screenshot of the error, error report, and IOReg file here.

Any help is appreciated!
