Messed upgrading to High Sierra, need help!

I just upgraded my desktop Hackintosh from El Capitan to High Sierra using the regular Apple store (I have Mac OS X installed via Clover).

However, in doing so, some things such as my three monitors and audio weren't working properly. I then decided to copy and paste a config.plist I had as a backup, but clearly didn't work, as OS X does not work anymore. I am stuck as I realize I don't have ahold of my normal USB Installer I created for El Capitan, and I have no idea where I went wrong with my config.plist. I was wondering if perhaps someone can help me figure out what the problem can be? Perhaps hash out a "correct" config.plist so I can boot in and fix these problems. At the moment, I only have access to a Windows machine now. I did create a bootable EFI partition for my USB drive, but it doesn't work as the config.plist doesn't get me past the Apple boot loading screen.

My system specs:

  • Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H
  • CPU: i5-4590, Intel HD 4600
  • GPU: Saphire Radeon HD 7950
  • RAM: 16GB 1600 MHz DDR3
  • OS Version: OS X 10.13.2 (via latest Clover)

Thanks and Merry Christmas!
