Macintosh HD couldn’t be repaired after 3 attempts.

Okay so I had my Hackintosh up and running starting a week ago (approximately) Had some struggles and finally got it working as a dual boot. I had it working for two days fine, I do audio editing so I had Pro Tools up and running great ( didn’t do a whole lot since I was installing plugins and libraries) and I had my couple running for at least 12 hours at night and into the morning downloading Cubase and installing other large packages. I then took a couple days away from anything hackintosh and spent Christmas with my family, tried booting it up tonight (as I bought new monitors on Boxing Day sales) fired up pro tools and it frustratingly took 3 attempts and 2 crashes to finally get it opened.. that was the first bad sign.

My computer crashed and rebooted about a dozen times in about 2 hours.. it would usually be when pro rolls was up but sometimes it was when I hadn’t ran it yet. Sometimes it wouldn’t get past the verbose mode code and reboot then it would start. I started getting errors that pro tools was corrupted and needed to be reinstalled and i tried going on the internet and my browse would load then about 5 seconds later it would say the “ah snap” chrome message that it couldn’t load. My soundcard got rejected from pro tools and I had to go in and reconnect it manually.. everything was just falling apart... Then I thought everything was going fine I was getting a session setup and then it froze as I was finished naming all my tracks, froze for about 15 seconds then crashed again and went through a reboot cycle. But from that crash on, I have not been able to boot at all the verbose code is basically saying my Mac partition on my SSD is corrupted.. (provided screenshots) at first it was saying when it crashed the code would say it was checking a specific audio file from the session and it was corrupted then it would try to repair the volume and fail, but now it skips that and just tries to repair the volume...

So, my first thought is, I’m gonna have to start from scratch and reinstall stuff. But I’d love to try and avoid that because I did sync a lot of time trying to get all my audio tools installed.. and if that is my last resort, why did this happen? And how can I be prevented in the future..?

Pic 1-2 is the first crash after the last working boot Pic 3-4 is the code i get each boot now. (1-2 and 3-4 are identical except 1-2 tries to repair my audio files before it starts to repair the volume..)

Man, I really someone can help me because this one I am at a complete loss.. haha I’d like wiping the SSD and reinstalling to be a last resort hopefully.. haha
