Locked out because 4k

Hi, I always used a TV as monitor. Was fullhd and now I bought a 4K tv.

When I changed for 4K resolution on MacOS the signal was lost. Now I'm locked out. IF i disable nvidia driver I can boot and see the things (sloooow) without it. IF I use nvidia driver it boots in 4k and signal lost as soon the boot goes to the system after the verbose.

I tried even format but the EFI is not formated (and I cant format it) and nothing worked, still in 4k and I cant see anything.

There's a way, a file or something where I can edit the system resolution back to fullhd?

Tried use the SwitchResX and didnt work too.
