Is Hackintosh perform like a Mac? I'm a Brazilian Developer and I thinking to build one, can you guys help-me?

I have ONE questions before building my future HACKINTOSH, can you help me?

• I'm developer, I use technologies like JavaScript, PHP, Ruby, Python, Java, Swift, etc. So, I will have troubles using hackintosh or they will run fluid like a Mac?

FYI I'm mac user, I have an macbook air 13' i5 4ddr3 512ssd and I'm thinking to migrate because the Macs are very expansive here in Brazil :( But, if it not works like a Mac, may I buy the low budget 27' iMac 2017. My budget is U$1850, but, I need to buy it here in Brazil for fiscals legal reasons. Then, the prices are from here, so maybe my build not perform like a American build.
