I need some help planning!

So, basically I bought a computer a couple if months ago. It has an i7-7700k, 1060 6gb Asus, 8gb of Ram, liquid refrigeration and a 256gb SSD.

I want to doubleboot the computer, but I want some advice you guys.

My idea is... Having an SSD running MacOs Having an SSD + an HDD for running Windows and games.

How could I do this?

And I don’t have a Mac to create the image, but i’ve seen there are different methods for that online. Any method that you recommend?
