I could really use some help with Windows boot Media

hey all, first of all I wanted to say this subreddit has been a huge help getting my hackintosh off the ground. I could really use some direct help though. I am trying to make a bootable USB for windows 10 so I can install it on a separate harddrive. but I am running into nothing but issues. so far I have tried

Making bootable media using terminal. which puts the ISO onto the flash drive. my issue with that one is it wont boot to the flashdrive when I set it as such in the bios

I have tried a program called unetbootin. I am able to boot to the flashdrive but I always get an error when I start the install during the copy file portion of the install

I have tried bootcamp assistant but after editing the config file to except usb. I get an error saying this mac does not support windows 10.

I am running out of idea short of trying to find time to go to my friends house to use his computer to make the boot usb. can anyone help? thanks!
