High Sierra installed, but few issues.

OS: High Sierra w/ APFS
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 7
CPU: i7 4790k
GPU: MSI R9 390x gaming 8gb

Issues:

• Audio not working have AppleACL.kext installed.
  
• Restart with clover bootloader usb shows the usb installer, filevault prebooter, macos install prebooter, macOS, and boot recovery. It does not show my Windows 10 installation on my other SSD.
  
• Restart without usb plugged in doesn't have a bootload menu at all. How do I get a clover menu to show me the option of booting from macOS or Windows (seperate sdd's)?
  
• iMessage doesn't work
  

Any other common issues I should look for?
